| I always know I get a good evaluation and work done on any of our cars. Brought mine in after a mishap over the weekend and they got my parts and fixed it that same day. Also recommended an alignment which I did and I was glad because they said it was serious and would?ve caused more damage later?. Very happy with Action Auto, quick and efficient. |

| This was my first visit to Action Auto and the team did an excellent job of doing the required on my truck. They kept me informed as they were doing the work and also pointed out items that required repair outside of my requested service. All repairs were done correctly and on time and more importantly at the cost quoted! |

| Action Auto completely came through for me! Took my daughter?s car there for a smog check (with an awesome coupon, they honored), and it went very smoothly. I was told (by Brett) while we were there, if we have any further Automotive needs, to check back with him. I told him that I?ve been very stressed over my Daughter?s driver side door lock being punched out, to break into her car a while ago, and asked if he could fix it. He sounded very confident, that he could get it done for a reasonable price! We set an appointment with him. Dropped the car off on the designated morning. We planned on a two day window, in case he ran into any snags. Hours later, he messaged me that the car was done. I thought I was messaged by mistake, and called him to verify. Action Auto did an amazing job in a short period of time, and I?m completely satisfied. Buena Park Honda wanted over $1,000 for the same repair. Action Auto beat that down, by way more than half!!!! I appreciate Brett, and Action Auto, for taking care of my Daughter, in the meaningful way! She now has a key to get into her car, if her key fob is not working! |

| I was referred to Action Auto by Matt?s Imports for engine work on a 2009 VW New Beetle. Brett handled our problem and was amazing from the beginning to the end. He thoroughly explained everything from beginning to end and kept us informed throughout the process. I couldn?t be happier with the service we received and we will definitely be coming back again should we have more problems. |
