| They are professional, experienced, fair, kind, thoughtful, appropriately jovial. They do a good job on your car and their waiting room/outer office/facility area is clean and spacious. If you live somewhat nearby they offer return home and pick up services. |

| Following a check for overall health of our 2011 Pilot, Action Auto recommended thorough maintenance of the cooling and brake systems. It wasn't cheap but it was affordable and - more important - very effective: last weekend, we comfortably climbed the Grapevine (in both directions) in 105 degree heat, while dozens of vehicles, new and old, pulled off to the side to cool their engines. Money well spent on excellent work. |

| Brett and Oliver (along with all the technicians and staff) are always welcoming and offer the best auto service in town. I've gone to plenty of mechanics who have given me misleading information as well as my own dealership who is notorious for overcharging on services, but Action Auto never does anything that would be detrimental to my car or my finances. They offer an honest assessment of what needs to be done and what can wait and I appreciate that. I will always refer my friends and family to this shop and I hope I don't move too far so that I can keep getting my car serviced here. Thank you Action Auto! -Ervin B. |
