| I had a great experience with Action Auto. I had called them because I was looking for a decent price on an oil change. But once I got on the phone with Carlton, he had me laughing with his corny yet effective joke about the oil blowing sideways in the wind. How could you not want to take your car to someone who makes you feel so comfortable in a matter of minutes. They told me everything I needed to get fixed with no pressure to do it on the spot or with them even. I had no problem just chilling out in their nice lobby with coffee and popcorn chatting with another woman who couldn't stop raving about how awesome these guys were. Overall I had a great experience and trust my car with these guys. |

I was given a very thorough explanation of the work needed and the cost of the repairs. The work was completed in the time they said it would be and they offered me a courtesy ride to and from their shop. Very professional and friendly staff who stand by, and guarantee, their work. |
