| Thanks to YELP I was able to find Action Auto Inc. - Cypress, CA. I had been going to another auto repair shop, for over 17 years, only to find that the last time I went there they parked my car on a side street (unattended and no work being done on it for almost three days), then I was charged for parts not replaced and work not done. YELP came through for me. I presented my problem to Brett Heskett (General Manager). From the very beginning Brett treated me with respect, he listened to me and showed an interest in "solving my problems"; Brett made me feel as if I was a "very important person", and not just another customer. The entire Action Auto Team demonstrated an interest in solving my repair problem. Bruce "The Repair Wizard" Stodghill - Lead Master Technician was assigned to solving my very complicated electrical/electronic controls problem. I followed along with Bruce and was able to observe his approach to "problem identification, and problem resolution". Bruce wasted no time, his methodology and approach to trouble-shooting was flawless. There was no waste of my time (which translates to lost money). My entire interfacing with the Action Auto people (Brett, Bruce, Tristan, Randy, and Carlton) left me with a favorable opinion of this business; I cannot say enough good words about Action Auto, Inc. It is obvious, the AA people all believe in honesty, honor, and integrity. The people at Action Auto are not just a bunch of auto mechanics; they are a team of auto repair professionals. Thank you Action Auto. |

| I stopped by to make an appointment for my routine oil change. I was given the option of having it done while I waited, offered popcorn and tv in their clean and comfortable waiting area. My car was done in a very timely manner and I was given a complete "report card" of future maintenance needed - nothing! Just normal maintenance thanks to the good care and service Action's team has given my car. |

| A friend who is very critical and particular recommended Action Auto. I do most of the work on my cars so I am particular as well. The staff is very friendly and the shop is a nice place to spend time while waiting. They kept us informed on the status of the repair and finished it sooner than expected. I asked some questions about an issue with my other car and they were helpful and knowledgeable in trying to narrow down the problem, I'll bring that car to them as well. Lots of different cars in their shop being worked on, from daily drivers to some really nice American muscle. Highly recommend this shop to everyone. |

| I had a great experience with Action Auto. I had called them because I was looking for a decent price on an oil change. But once I got on the phone with Carlton, he had me laughing with his corny yet effective joke about the oil blowing sideways in the wind. How could you not want to take your car to someone who makes you feel so comfortable in a matter of minutes. They told me everything I needed to get fixed with no pressure to do it on the spot or with them even. I had no problem just chilling out in their nice lobby with coffee and popcorn chatting with another woman who couldn't stop raving about how awesome these guys were. Overall I had a great experience and trust my car with these guys. |

| This was the third time I have used Action Auto to service my car and I appreciate the great customer service that makes me feel like my business is important to them. I was given a very thorough explanation of the work needed and the cost of the repairs. The work was completed in the time they said it would be and they offered me a courtesy ride to and from their shop. Very professional and friendly staff who stand by, and guarantee, their work. |

| I appreciated the help I received and the good work done, but was surprised that when the work was done, which cost over $200, that my car was not washed as it had been in the past, even when I just had an oil change. |
