| Their Customer Service is Excellent, always polite and their communication is amazing, they update me with status of service. Their pick up service is very valuable for our company we can not afford to have 2 people delivering and picking up a vehicle every time it needs to be serviced. As the Facilities Manager for a large construction company the service that Action offers is invaluable and a cost saver for me. |

| Everyone was so friendly there. Mike he was great he called me before they did anything to my car. He called me to let me know what time my car will be done. They got my job done right away. My car looks so good. I will recommend this shop to anyone. |

| The wife mentioned she was hearing odd noises when applying the brakes. Odd noises are never a good thing in any situation. Of course, this was on a Friday night. I knew I had to get it taken care of immediately because we had a lot going on that weekend, and the coming week was going to be pretty busy as well. So I Yelped for brake repair shops that evening as my normal go-to shop is closed on weekends. Action Auto came up with very positive reviews, plus they were close to home in case I had to hoof it back. Showed up at 8am next day, and the gentleman at the desk took my information, said if brake repairs needed it would only be a couple of hours, and they would call to confirm the work and everything else. I went home, ran a bunch of errands, got the call, and car was ready in a couple of hours. So while the total bill wasn't great (is it ever, when it comes to auto repairs?), I appreciate the fact that the brakes were repaired (no more odd noises!), and that they didn't push for me to add an oil change or anything else, they just recommended that I get it taken care of soon as the oil was turning black. They included those recommendations on my receipt as well for reference. I didn't feel like they were pushing unnecessary work on my, like at some oil-change places. I would go back to these guys on any Saturday! Plus, the shop called me a few days later to follow up and see if I had any questions or concerns. While in general not a big deal, sometimes it's the little things that reveal some places do care about the customer. |

| I recently had my step sons 1993 Jeep serviced and smogged by Action and everyone was great!! The mechanic took the time to explain in detail what was done to the car and the counter guy Walter did everything he could to replace my catalytic converter under warranty. I felt like they were on my side and not just trying to bleed my pocket. Although they had to keep the car for a few days, they kept me informed and I was confident it would get repaired correctly. |

| Kiss good buy to GoodYear in Buena Park, Ca. I now found a better place to get all my services done here at ActionAuto in Cypress . They are honest with there work. Had my Toyota Tundra serviced here for a leveling kit installed with off roading rims & tires. They are fast, friendly & honest all I have to say is I found myself A new place to get all my future service done here. |

| I drive from Chino, Ca. to Cypress, Ca. to get my car serviced at Action Auto. Being a single woman you never know whether you are getting bamboozled when it comes to car repairs. I feel they are honest with me of what I need and what I don't need. Which is very hard to find now days.They are very knowledgeable. Good Job Guys. |

| Brett was able to work me in at a time they were being buried with work. Being a work van, I appreciated their efforts to get me in and out quickly. When I left, my 11 year old van felt like a brand new truck that would go another 100,000 miles. Brett and Nat have maintained my truck ever since it was new, and it's been nice to say it's never let me down with Action Auto by my side. |
