| Mark at Action Auto was amazing! As a woman going to any car place it feels intimidating and scary, but not this place! From the very first phone call they were kind and patient in explaining everything. After my car diagnostics was completed I loved the check list that was presented to me. Everything was clearly listed. I knew exactly what needed to be done ASAP, what I need to plan on and what was good to go for now. Thank you for such a great service. | Outstanding service from these guys. Marc and the staff are very polite, they don?t gouge you, so fair pricing. If you don?t want to wait in the really nice waiting area with a coffee machine and popcorn machine, they do offer to drop you off and pick you up if you need it. They didn?t try to sell me anything or say I needed XYZ. They checked in with me few days later making sure everything was still to my satisfaction. Definitely recommend them. |

| I was recommended to this shop through my mechanic since he was unable to do the job I needed. I walked in on a Saturday morning without an appointment and they took me in and completed everything I requested and other things they found while the engine was opened up. They also stayed late to finish my car since they closed early on Saturdays. Communication was 5/5. The sad thing is my mechanic just post a customer because action auto suits my schedule more, so I'll keep coming here. Thanks for the awesome service from.action auto!! |

| I went in for a smog certificate and left the form at home. They went above and beyond in assisting me and did all the paperwork and my car was done very reasonably in a short amount of time. Their waiting room was a nice surprise with coffee and magazines. |

| I Like that they are family-owned business. They took my car in even though they were quite busy. They diagnosed the trouble and repaired it for the price they quoted on the phone. When I went to pick it up it had been washed and was sparkling. |
