| I was going to the dealership for repairs but after receiving horrible customer service on several repairs I decided to try Action Auto when my shifting cable unexpectedly snapped. I received great customer service and they made sure to call me to make sure I knew how the repair was going along the way. When my repair took longer than a day I was automatically given a rental car so I wouldn't miss work. I've since returned to Action Auto for some maintenance work I needed and once again received great customer service. |

| Action Auto is a great place to take your car to have work done. They get it done on time and they don't try to sell you work that isn't needed. They have a shuttle service if you have to leave your car and don't have another ride, and they give a discount for AAA members. Last time we took our Altima in, they even washed it. |

| Action Auto has been taking care of my vehicles for a long time, and this service was representative of the great job they do. After getting a wheel alignment, my vehicle feels like new again as it tracks down the road without battling the wheel. The price was right when purchasing tires and I have great confidence should they ever need repair, Action Auto will take care of them. |

| Only went in for a smog check. Took about an hour but it also included inspection on the brakes, hoses and tubes, etc. The extra inspection was not expected, and may have taken more time to complete the service. I was able to have a cup of coffee and watch the news while I waited. I have a guy I go to for my maintenance, but I would consider Action Auto in the future. |

| Brett and Carlton over at Action Auto are always helpful and straight up about the work that needs to be done and how long it will take. They are always on the lookout for additional improvements but are not pushy about it like other shops. While some think their prices are a little on the high side the customer service, turn around times and complimentary car washes that I have received more than make up for it. Keep up the great work guys! |

| I was referred to Action Auto my neighbor's mother-in-law after I purchased her 1999 Cavalier Z24 recently. She told me that they did all the preventive maintenance on her Cavi while she owned it and is very pleased with their Customer Service, Professionalism, Knowledge, waiting room and shuttle service. I decided to give them a shot to diagnose an air conditioning issue I had on my Cadillac Eldorado. Long story, short; everything was true! They diagnosed/fixed the problem within an hour and the bill was very reasonable. I will be bringing all of my vehicles to AA from now on. Jimmy |
