| I found out after the fact appointments are not for smog check,subtract a star.I was over charged at completion of work, subtract another star (bill was revised but this was wrong)customer service rep on hearing I had bad experience (I was polite when explaining) said "Ok, have a nice day".I wanted to like you as you are close to my home. |

| As a business owner this hurts to give a 2 star rating. Not happy with the service. The bearing and hub was repaired but the wheel was not balanced. When asked a simple question there was a lot of attitude in return. I am a business owner and I don't typically give these ratings. |
