| i didn't like the fact that they tried to lie to me like if i didn't know anything about engines, like if a car doesn't have a tensioner for the belt. |

| Smog certification was great. Alignment missed the fact the rear axle had been pushed forward and was causing crabbing. I had to take it to and auto body shop, who noticed that the axle was pushed forward on the drivers side. |

| Incompetent rip offs. |

| Either incompetence or a ?bait & switch? In their defense; the shop is modern, clean and very nice; all the people professional; the overall vibe is good; and the mechanical work itself I was happy with. The problem lies with the surprise additional billing. I completely get that there are occasions where the unexpected shows up; there are just some things that cannot be addressed until the vehicle is up on the lift or half the engine is torn apart. Understood, and accepted. But THIS was the most mundane and simplest of repair jobs, something that should have EASILY been accurately estimated. There should NOT have been any surprises for something this basic. It leaves me no choice but to question their competence, or worse. You can have the nicest shop in town and be the friendliest face to the public, but when I have to pay additional for YOUR screw-ups, none of that really matters and my normally pleasant disposition sours. And it seems like the same story without exception; you guys tell us how much you care, but WE end up with inflated bills for your mistakes. Here?s a tip; instead of focusing so much on your social media marketing, try improving the caliber of your estimating. Thank you, and have a nice day! |

| Only reason we took our car here was because our mechanic was booked And we needed it looked at right away.Not very happy ,paid over $600 What makes me upset is they gave us A LIST of so called repairs that we needed,probably would've been in the thousand price range Funny,because my honest and loyal mechanic said those repairs that we so called needed ,there's nothing wrong with the things stated. I feel ripped off and cheated.Also, very unprofessional of the mechanic Who Stared at my daughter both as I dropped off the car and picked it up Very creepy.Sorry thumbs down on this place,will never use this place again !!!!!!!!!! |
